• Collect together all your old, broken or unwanted gold and place it in the clear bag supplied in your pack.
• Fill in the form that we supply with your Gold envelope and sign the declaration.
• Seal the clear bag and place it in the FREEPOST Royal Mail postal bag that we supply. The contents are automatically insured for up to £500 for your peace of mind. If the contents are worth more than £500 please contact us on 0800 680 9074.
• Hand the complete package over at your nearest Post Office.
• Once we have received your gold, we will send you a cheque the same day at first class post, or bacs transfer into your bank account at the highest possible price on the day.
